OUR PROCESS

1. Inquiry & Quote
Start by completing the inquiry form.
Once submitted, you’ll receive a general pricing proposal to review. We can adjust quantities, add, or remove items at any time before going to print.
If you’re happy with the proposal and ready to move forward, a 50% deposit and a signed agreement will be required to secure your booking.
If you have any questions, I’m happy to arrange a call or meet in person. -
2. Design & Approval
Once booked, the creative process begins!
We’ll ask you to send all the wording for your invitations and any additional pieces. We’ll also create a mood board and select color themes to guide the design.
To help you visualize the final product, we’ll send digital proofs via email, including printing methods and material details. Your package includes two rounds of revisions to make sure everything is perfect. When the design is finalized, you’ll receive a final proof for your approval.

3. Print, Assembly & Delivery
After you approve the final proof, production begins.
Your invitations will be ready within 1–3 weeks, depending on the printing method. At this stage, the remaining balance is due.
Your invitations will arrive fully assembled and shipped directly to your home—ready to send to your guests.
Please review all pieces carefully before approving the final proof. We are not responsible for any errors once approval is given and production has started.
