Wedding Stationery Guide
This DESIGN GUIDE will help you navigate our WEDDING STATIONERY design options available.
We encourage you to read and refer to this guide while preparing to submit your order.
DESIGN PROCESS

1. Inquiry & Quote
Start by completing the inquiry form.
Once submitted, you’ll receive a general pricing proposal to review.
Custom design fees are not included in base pricing and are added separately based on your design needs, typically ranging from $200–$1,000.
We can adjust quantities or items at any time before going to print. If you’re ready to move forward, a 50% deposit and a signed agreement will be required to secure your booking.

2. Design & Approval
Once booked, the creative process begins!
We’ll ask you to send all the wording for your invitations and any additional pieces.
To help you visualize the final product, we’ll send digital proofs via email, including printing methods and material details.
Your package includes two rounds of revisions to make sure everything is perfect. When the design is finalized, you’ll receive a final proof for your approval.

3. Print, Assembly & Delivery
After you approve the final proof, production begins.
Your invitations will be ready within 1–3 weeks, depending on the printing method. At this stage, the remaining balance is due.
Your invitations will arrive fully assembled and shipped directly to your home—ready to send to your guests.
Please review all pieces carefully before approving the final proof. We are not responsible for any errors once approval is given and production has started.

ENVELOPES

The envelope is their first impression and helps to set the tone for the rest of your paper goods. To coordinate with our design style, you can choose from our selected range of high-quality envelopes, our signature shimmer metallic or matte colors.
Metallic: Crystal white. Ivory, Lavender, Coral.
Matte: White, Mist, Sand, Wood, Cool Grey, Cool Blue, Dusty Blue, Cobalt, Soft Coral, Dusty Rose, Burgundy, Pink, Dusty Green, Forest, Red, Black.
LINERS
Add a personal touch to envelope interiors using paper patterned to match your suite. A fine touch that will impress your guests and prep them for the event of the year. Starting at 1.20 per envelope liner.
* Our liners are designed and cut to fit our inhouse envelopes.
ADDRESSING

DIGITAL ADDRESSING
Let us print your guests address on all of your envelopes. Available only on light color envelopes with dark ink color.
* Cannot print white, neon or metallic colors.

The perfect way to complete your suite by adding an elegant and hand-penned touch. We personally write all calligraphy by hand on each envelope.

Silk ribbons are hand dyed and torn. 2.5 cm wide and 60 cm long (1” x 24”) ribbon is wrapped around and tied in a bow.
Colors: Burgundy, Taupe, Ivory, Honey, Blush, Sage, Emerald, Dusty Blue, Dusty Rose.

SATIN RIBBON
Satin ribbons come in a variety of thickness: .5cm / 1cm / 2.5 cm wide and 60 cm long. Ribbon is wrapped around and tied in a bow.

CHIFFON RIBBON

Metallic Gold, metallic silver or our natural hemp twine is thin, so it is perfect to keep your cards together and add a vintage touch. Twine is wrapped around three times and tied in either a bow or a knot.
